The location was perfect! Not far from local attractions. Plenty of beautiful places to go walking. The apartment was cosy and had all the things you need when self catering. There is a lovely seating area at the end of the drive, right next to a river. Perfect for eating outside or reading a book. The owners live on site and are extremely nice and friendly. They welcomed us upon arrival and gave us plenty of tips on local attractions and places to eat.

wee thistle loch ness was even better than our previous stay! the owner's warm welcome and local tips made our romantic weekend extra special. the cozy cottage had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. can't wait to come back and explore more of beautiful drumnadrochit!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per qualche giorno e devo dire che sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. La struttura è bellissima, situata in un palazzo restaurato con molto gusto. Si affaccia direttamente sul mare, offrendo una vista spettacolare sulla spiaggia e sulla cattedrale. Le camere sono confortevoli e arredate con cura, ma bisogna fare qualche scalino per arrivarci. La colazione, servita su un terrazzino panoramico, è stata deliziosa, con una buona selezione di dolci e salati. Mi è piaciuto molto anche il servizio offerto dallo staff, sempre disponibile e cordiale. Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel è ottima, nel centro di Tropea e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e da tutti i ristoranti della zona.

From the moment we arrived, the host blew us away with their exceptional welcome and hospitality. The apartment itself was incredible, with a cosy and modern feel that made us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised to find it fully equipped with everything we needed, including Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and even a dishwasher and washing machine. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Loch Ness and surrounded by stunning scenery for hiking, canoeing, fishing, and horseback riding. We loved the peacefulness of the private seating area by the river, where we enjoyed meals outdoors and relaxed with a good book. The off-road parking right by the entrance was a convenient bonus. this stay was jaw-dropping and left us wanting to return for much longer. The Wee Thistle truly exceeded our expectations in every way.

I recently stayed at The Wee Thistle Loch Ness for a weekend getaway. The cosy flat was spotless and had all the amenities needed for a self-catering stay. The deck by the river was perfect for my yoga sessions, and the owners on-site were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, with plenty of beautiful walking spots nearby. Sarah, the host, was welcoming and knowledgeable, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Although the ceilings were a bit low, it didn't pose a major issue for us. We could occasionally hear the people in the apartment above, but it didn't disturb our sleep.
